Will I need Planning Permission?
We always recommend that you contact the local planning authorities for written confirmation of your rights and in most cases a building regulations notice will be required. We can guide you and help you with this process.
Will I need to inform my Insurance company of my intentions?
You should in almost all cases contact your insurance company before you start any type of renovations or building works to an existing property. If you do not inform them prior to commencing any works you risk invalidating your insurance and not being able to claim for any incidents which may arise.
How do we begin the process and how long will it take?
Firstly we will sit down and discuss with you your needs and requirements together with your budget. We will guide you through each step and answer any questions you may have. Depending on the size and complexity of the project we will give you an estimated time frame from the start to the completion of the project.
Can you supply references?
We can provide references of satisfied clients upon request. There are also testimonials on the website.
What happens if I change my specification after the works commence?
All requested changes are priced and approved by our clients via Variation Of Orders before the works are carried out. We keep a running valuation to track any changes and these are reflected in regular stage payment invoices as per our contract.
