Chartered Building Surveyor – Barn Conversion
I have recently project managed a farm building conversion for a private client where the works were undertaken by Ponder Construction Limited. The works were completed satisfactorily within the agreed contract period and to a very good standard. All of the operatives working on the project were efficient, helpful and good tradesmen who helped to produce the finished conversion.
The contractor’s record keeping and paperwork throughout the contract was well organised and instructions acted upon quickly and efficiently.
