However, Ponder Construction guarantees to rectify problems which may occur in the work we undertake for materials supplied and labour used within the first year following completion.

We seek to take the worry out of the building process so should a problem arise, Ponder Construction will ensure we attend to it without fuss and with as little inconvenience to the client as possible.

On all new build properties there is an  NHBC 10 year warranty providing consumer protection for homebuyers through its Buildmark warranty.
