Cross Farm is a Grade 2 listed farm house onto which we built a two-storey extension with traditional features.

This project consisted of the refurbishment of a 6-bedroom house in the village of Wivenhoe.

Standing on this plot originally was a commercial unit in need of complete renovation and it was converted into 4 luxury apartments, a modern office space and a beauty parlour.

Our team of specialists were used to construct this traditional timber framed extension and orangery using traditional lime materials, to compliment the original farm house.

External refurbishment of a block of 60 flats which included new windows, external cladding, roofing works, decoration, new entrance receptions, bin stores, retaining walls and the refurbishment of 60 garages.
