Ponder Construction are well versed in working on period and listed properties and have completed many such projects as Cross Farm, which is a Grade 2 listed property. In keeping with the original building a two-storey extension with traditional features was added. The team worked closely with the heritage officer to make sure the extension was in line with all listed building regulations, whilst in keeping with the heritage of the main house. A full refurbishment to the existing wings of the main residence was also undertaken.
