About this Project
Ponder Construction was granted planning permission for three new build bungalows on garden amenity space in Stanway, Colchester. Despite the legal restrictions and ransom strip, Ponder Construction was able to obtain full planning permission for this development. All main services had to be coordinated together with highway works. Each of the bungalows had luxury kitchens, bathrooms and electric roller shutter doors for ease of access.
