At this newly commissioned project Ponder Construction installed a state of the art treatment plant complete with solar panels to make this new build house energy efficient. To make way for this new build property we demolished the existing farm house and replaced it with a 5-bedroom new build luxury family residence, complete with a 3-bay oak framed cart lodge together with a wood store.

All new services had to be coordinated including power back into the national grid from the solar panels. The internal joinery was crafted totally bespoke to the client’s design by our dedicated team of joiners.
