About Nelson Close

Standing on this plot originally was a commercial unit in need of complete renovation. Four luxury apartments were created including some modern office space and a beauty parlour within the original space. Each apartment had luxury kitchens and bathrooms installed and the commercial areas wer fitted out ready for new local businesses.

This project was built in the middle of Wivenhoe on the outskirts of Colchester. Due to restricted access Ponder had to work closely with the neighbours of the development when installing new mains services, to ensure minimal disruption.
